PSAT Test (Grades 10 & 11) Saturday, October 17, 2009
SAT College Board Reasoning and Subject Tests Saturday, November 7, 2009
SAT College Board Reasoning and Subject Tests Saturday, May 1, 2010
Advanced Placement Tests May 3-14, 2010 (Date and time dependent upon subject of test)

Notes to seniors:

The deadline for registrationg to ensure that you get a seat is about 4 weeks prior to the exam date for the SAT. You can always try to take a test "walking up" to the test center on the day of the test. However, if they are full they do not have to let you take the test unless you register in advance. Test centers in Saudi seem to fill very quickly, so registering well in advance is a good idea.

Though we (YIS) do not host the ACT, there are several test centers now in Saudi Arabia giving the ACT. Some universities the results from the ACT; be sure to check. It is a different test and stresses different subjects.

If you are planning on taking an AP exam in May you should have either already talked to Mr. Lasater or Mr. Thompson, or be planning on having that conversation in the near future.
