Enrollment Packet

Our digital application packet can be accessed by clicking this word file. Please print the form, fill it out, scan, and return as an email attachment to nahussain@isgdh.org, or fax it to +966-4-392-1075, or bring it to the school Registrar.

The enrollment packet contains the following:

• Registration information for 2010-2011 school year, including all tuition and fees
• 2010-2011 Enrollment Form
• Conditions of Placement, Acceptance and Continuous Registration
• Tuition Payment Agreement Form
• Medical Information
• Language Survey
• Attendance Policy
• Responsible Use Policy for Network/Internet and Computer Technology, a separate version for either Elementary or for Middle/High School
• Substance Abuse and Student Discipline
• Authority to Release School Records
• Picture Release Form

YIS Registrar

The YIS Registrar is available at (04) 392 1088 ext 116. You may also contact her at nahussain@isgdh.org if you have any questions about the application process, setting up a visit, or simply about the Yanbu International School program.

The office hours are 8:30am to 2:30pm, Saturday through Wednesday.

The school office will close for the current school year on June 30, 2010, at 2:30pm. The YIS Registrar's office will re-open on August 14, 2010 at 8:30am for the 2010-2011 academic school year.
